Default Don't know what to call it but here it goes

Sorry but i couldnt think of a good name to go for this guy
He uses all of his senses to concentrate and eliminate his targets
he wouldnt be as buffed as war somewhat of armor of assassins (Not the looks just the AL) so about 70 armor, 30e 2 energy regen.


Sense Master: For each rank in this attribute, you senses will increase be 1%

Fearful Sound: No inherit effect, skills increase in effectiveness for each rank in this attribute

Sight Beyond Sight: No inherit effect, skills increase in effectiveness for each rank in this attribute

Gentle Fists(not melee if ur thinking of this): No inherit effect, skills increase in effectiveness for each rank in this attribute

Skill examples:

Bleeding Ears
15e 1c 15r The next time target foe uses a shout, it fails and all areas in the foe suffer 20..50 damage and start bleeding for 5..12 seconds Fearful Sound

Fear of Death
15e 1c 25r If target foe was casting a spell, target foe suffers from daze for 1..5 seconds and cripple for 10..15 seconds Fearful Sound

Weakening Sound
10e 1c 15r Next time target foe moves 15 feet, you amplify his footsteps and target foe is knocked down for 1..3 seconds Fearful Sound

Weaken Spirit
10e 1c 15r Look through target foe and find a weakness through target foes armor. Target foe suffers from cracked armor for 5..17 seconds. Sight beyond sight.

Glimpse of the Future
15e 2c 45r Look at target foe and take a glimpse of his/her skill bar for 1..2seconds. Sight Beyond Sight.

Gentle Pound: 10e 1c 10r Perform a gentle pound and send target foe a force of weakness and he/she suffers 20..60 damage. Gentle fists.

10e 1c 30r
For 10...32 seconds your sense skills recharge 10% faster. Sense Master

its kinda differen, phoenix, this one use his *senses* while yours use the sound.

The bolded parts are the things, that let me doubt on this CC being not inspired by something else, like I my linked CC there is inspired by the Sound Ninjas of Naruto.

And I ask me now only, what Sound, btw Sound Waves, what belongs to Sonic, what is again completely part of my CC, have to do with the Senses of the Human.

The 5 Human Senses are

-See
-Feel
-Smell
-Taste and
-Hear

Speak is no Sense of the Human, is their natural ABILITY. With none of the listed 5 Senses of the Human, you can create Sound.

You can hear Sound, but thats all, and is not a reason to give such a CC the ability to manipulate Sound Waves, only because you can hear it. Hear it doesn't mean = you can control it as you want. Obvious, or oO ??

Its is somewhat interesting, your attribute names are bad, but I can see that naming isn't your strong point :P.

I don't understand, how are a casting a spell and death related and how are those related to daze and cripple?
I know it is supposed to be the "I win" button vs. monks, but it defies logic along with balance.

You are showing his bar now [Arcane Echo] and plenty other mesmer skills can change that bar at any time.
If you can see the future you should look at your own future, that way you can see the next attack or spell hitting you and you can prevent that from happening(eg, it make the next attack or spell against you fail)
You could also look into the future of an ally and try to warn them, as they haven't seen it happen the protection will be far less effective, reduced by their ability to follow instructions.

You are showing his bar now [Arcane Echo] and plenty other mesmer skills can change that bar at any time.
If you can see the future you should look at your own future, that way you can see the next attack or spell hitting you and you can prevent that from happening(eg, it make the next attack or spell against you fail)

about the last one: shouts should have casting time actually. Since you take time saying the words :P Imagine if someone punches you in the face in the middle of a sentence. Then you won't continue saying whatever you were saying XD
